The first realtor we spoke to when beginning to house shop, did not explain everything in an easy to understand way, which made us worried we were not prepared to begin our house hunting journey. When we spoke with Aaron he was very professional, explained everything in a manner that was easily understood and not overwhelming. Aaron worked with us to figure out what kind of prince range we would be looking at in the Regina market, for all the things we ideally wanted in the house as well as house location. Once we began looking at houses, we realize that the market was hot. Houses being listed and sold the same day and over priced. Aaron was very accommodating to our schedules for house viewings, even meeting us on very short notice to view homes we were really interested in. He also had a great eye for details or potential future expensive issues. With the market being hot, he was also quick to write up offers or counter offers. He also gave us great advice when doing up the offers to ensure we were giving a fair price for what was seen. This we appreciated since a house purchase is a big investment that should not be rushed. Overall Aaron was amazing to work with, we would highly recommend him to anyone. Aaron help us sell and get a our new house at the same time. He really takes time to get what you want base on your budget. He did everything hands on when he put our house in the market like taking picture and making videos with the music of your choice. Sold our house in less than a month! Had a great deal with selling our house and buying a new one.
